Terrible
My phone and device were stolen so long ago, I'm just getting back in contact with someone due to my phone, tablet, etc. being stolen more than 2 years ago. SMH. I couldn't get into my email for a while because it was hacked, but now that I'm back in my email, I'm able to contact support.
The guy at the stand that has Sky devices told me that I would have to contact someone online so that I will be able to get another phone from them. They know I work, so it's been so frustrating trying to get a new device. I remember paying 20 dollars for these devices and didn't even get to use them for long. Anyway, I hope this issue gets resolved.
