Stolen phone
I Trevor Caesar got up Early morning on Monday in the month of September 2024 and I Trevor Caesar was outside on central an Allen street I'am a 75 year old man that. Has no phone at the time of incident my phone is it hand and a young black man took phone out my hand and ran off with my phone.

Factory reset tablet due to forgetting password
The device is good but due to password change it’s difficult to reset from forgetting the password.
I forgot the pattern on my tablet and have changed the password twice now. I'm having trouble resetting it.
I haven't had access to the tablet, so the mobile data has probably run out as well.
I'm looking to know how to reactivate that as well, provided I still get benefits. Thank you so much for reading this message; please get back to me at your earliest convenience.

I cannot get another tablet from any other company because of the one that I have lost.

Customer service sucks
It's impossible to even find their customer service number, let alone get someone to answer the phone. Not even a robot answers the phone.
My phone all of a sudden woke up one day and asked me for the PUK code, which I have to get from the carrier, and I haven't been able to contact them for four days now. They suck.
Preferred solution: All I want is someone to help me get a PUK code

The f&#*ing suck!
They pretty much don't even exist. I can't reach anyone, anywhere, anytime, ever!
They will drive you to insanity! You can try to contact them if you want to get transferred to 500 other numbers and then be told you're calling the wrong number.

Forgot pin number
I forgot my PIN number and need help with my tablet. I don't know if it has been deactivated.
I need to know because every time I try to input my PIN, it's incorrect. I have forgotten my number. I need help from customer service. Please give me a number to call because I can't retrieve my PIN number.
I have forgotten it and need help. I also need help getting my pen number. Assistance from customer service will really be helpful. If you all agree, I would like to watch a movie, like I said, I don't know if I have been cut off from my plan.

Lost sky tablet. Trying to get my tablet replaced but no one will answer my phone call or emails
None or my concerns were answered
Been trying to contact sky device for 2 months they will not answer my email or my phone calls. My tablet have been lost and I would like to have it replaced.

Reprogram phone line
I switched my service over to a sky phone and I'm only receiving text messages when making a call it goes straight to call ended and when someone calls me it goes straight to voicemail I added my Gmail to the phone successfully and still I can't receive what may cause please reprogram to my phone line
